InnovationFestival @karlsruhe.digital enters the next round
On October 8, 2021, the InnovationFestival @karlsruhe.digital will once again offer the best digital innovations from Karlsruhe and the Karlsruhe TechnologyRegion the big stage – streamed live from the ZKM I Center for Art and Media! Karlsruhe IT companies, research institutions and cultural institutions still have the opportunity to apply for a stage slot until June 11, 2021.
The InnovationFestival is taking place for the second time this year. With over 2,000 viewers from 16 countries, the format was already very successful in 2020. The three top-class keynotes and the 16 exciting keynote speeches can be found in full length in our media library.
InnovationFestival: Lectures on stage at the ZKM and via livestream
The InnovationFestival @karlsruhe.digital starts on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 2 pm. In addition to top-class keynotes, companies and institutions from business, science, culture and administration will present their digital transformation projects in 10-minute keynote speeches to bring the diversity of Karlsruhe’s digital scene to life. The InnovationFestival will be streamed live free of charge from the ZKM I Center for Art and Media. Prior registration is not necessary.
Due to Covid19, it is currently still unclear whether and to what extent an audience will be possible on site at the event.

Call for Presentations: Send your application by June 11, 2021 in In the form of a meaningful one-pager & short video (max. length 1.5 minutes) stating your subject area to event@karlsruhe.digital!
The jury, consisting of members of the karlsruhe.digital steering committee, will then decide which digital transformation projects will receive a stage slot at the InnovationFestival – in order to bring the digital location of Karlsruhe closer to regional and national audiences.

InnovationFestival meets KIT Science Week
With the KIT Science Week taking place for the first time, the first week of October in Karlsruhe is all about science and social exchange – and the InnovationFestival is part of it. If the pandemic allows, we will kick off the Science Weekend with a joint after-work event at the ZKM.
