The contents of this website were created carefully. Nevertheless, we are not able to warrant the information provided on this website to be complete, correct and always up-to-date.
According to § 7 par. 1 TMG (Teleservices Act) we, as service provider, are responsible for own contents of these pages according to the general laws. However, pursuant to §§ 8 through 10 TMG, we are not responsible as service provider to monitor transferred or stored information of third parties or to research circumstances that suggest an illegal activity. Obligations to the removal or blockage of the use of information according to the general laws remain untouched from this. A liability referring to this is however only possible from the moment of actual notice of a specific infringement. Use of Facebook Social Plugins

Our online presence uses social plugins (“plugins”) from the social network, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are recognisable through one of the Facebook logos (white “f” on a blue square or a “thumbs up” sign) or are labelled with “Facebook Social Plugin”. Use of the Google+ Button

Our online presence uses the social network Google Plus “+1″ button which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). The button is recognisable by the “+1″ sign on a white or coloured background.
When you access a web page from our online presence which has this button, your browser makes a direct connection with the Google servers. The “+1″ button content is directly transferred from Google to your browser and included in the website. Thus, we do not have any influence on the scope of data which Google collects with the button. Personal data is not collected without clicking on the button according to Google. Only logged-in members will have such data, e.g. the IP address, collected and processed. Use of Twitter
