But where are the limits\nof digitalization and when does technical assistance with mundane activities\nbecome a laughing stock? \u00d6mer Atiker provides answers to such questions with his\nkeynote &#8220;Fluffy robots! Self-driving beer! Garbage cans with\ninternet connection!&#8221; at the hallo.digital convention in Karlsruhe.      <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The online pioneer and digital consultant will open the two-day networking event on May 31 and June 1 in Karlsruhe&#8217;s Tollhaus with his deliberately provocative look at the sensible and less sensible developments in the IT industry. After two years in corona mode, it definitely makes sense for the event team to return to the cultural center on the grounds of the Alter Schlachthof creative park. &#8220;It&#8217;s great that we can meet on site again,&#8221; says organizer Julia Marckert. The conference also offers a hybrid format. On the first day, presentations on the main stage will be broadcast live on the internet for participants outside of Karlsruhe.      <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/karlsruhe.digital\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Ero&#x2560;effnung-hallo-digital-2019-Tollhaus-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5555\"\/><figcaption>Finally back on site. Photo: netzstrategen.  <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Networking\nin a friendly atmosphere<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nnetworking event for the regional digital industry is organized by Karlsruhe-based\nUnternehmensberatung netzstrategen GmbH. In addition to the keynote speeches by \u00d6mer Atiker and\nnetzstrategen Managing Director Andr\u00e9 Hellmann, who will conclude the event with a talk on\n&#8220;The internet in 2022 &#8211; the good, the bad and the ugly&#8221;, there will also be\nnumerous specialist presentations and workshops. In addition to the\nambience in the Kreativpark, the supporting program with food trucks, lounge and\nlive music also ensures a good atmosphere. &#8220;People should simply feel comfortable,&#8221; says Julia Marckert.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fact that small talk on the sidelines\nof a conference works better at a face-to-face event than at\nvirtual events was an important\ninsight from the coronavirus crisis for the hallo.digital team. &#8220;Of course you can also network digitally,&#8221;\nsays Julia Marckert. Photo: netzstrategen. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Share experiences\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The focus of this year&#8217;s content at\nis on developments over the past two years. &#8220;An incredible amount has happened in the\ndigital industry during the corona crisis,&#8221; emphasizes\nJulia Marckert. That&#8217;s why the conference also aims to provide impetus for the\nimplementation of trends in everyday working life. One focal point is\nthe presentation by Maria Lorenz-Bokeler on podcasts for companies.\n&#8220;Everyone listens to podcasts privately these days,&#8221; says Julia Marckert. &#8220;But in the workplace\nthe medium still plays a minor role.&#8221;    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>From\nafter work to the digital convention<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nmanagement consultancy netzstrategen was founded in 2010 by Andr\u00e9 Hellmann\n. Today, several dozen employees take care of the\ninternet strategies of newspaper publishers, companies and institutions. Since\n2013, netzstrategen has been inviting colleagues from the digital sector to a lecture followed by a discussion at\nonce a month at\n. &#8220;It&#8217;s Karlsruhe&#8217;s biggest flat-sharing party,&#8221; says Andr\u00e9 Hellmann.
