REGISTRATION AS EVENT PARTNER

Anmeldung als Partner
Participation is free of charge for initiatives, cultural institutions, the city administration, higher education and research institutions as well as non-profit organisations and start-ups up to three years after market entry. For companies, participation costs €1,500. The fees will be used for event management, mobility, marketing, website and visibility.

INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM CONTRIBUTION

You are welcome to already develop some ideas for potential programme contributions.
Deadline for submitting a short description for marketing purposes: 30 April 2024.

Details of the programme may be submitted and edited in our event app at any time until the event. We will provide you with detailed information on submitting your programme in the app as soon as possible.

EXHIBITION AREA AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Exibition Area
We organise exhibition spaces at various hotspots for initiatives, cultural institutions, higher education institutions, research institutions, non-profit organisations or companies that do not have suitable venues or cannot open their premises to the public for legal reasons. Please let us know if you need an exhibition space.
Visitors of the Bunte Nacht der Digitalisierung are free to use public transport in Karlsruhe on the day of the event. To facilitate travelling and guidance, the institutions are assigned to corresponding public transport stops in a map. Please indicate which stop is most practical for getting to your institution and participating in your programme.

DATA PROTECTION AND TERMS OF REGISTRATION

The Bunte Nacht der Digitalisierung is initiated by the karlsruhe.digital initiative, an alliance of Karlsruhe science, administration, culture and business. The CyberForum is responsible for organising and coordinating the event.

By registering, we agree that our data such as company or institution name, programme and logo may be published on the website and, if necessary, on other advertising media. We also agree that our participation may also be communicated to interested parties who may be looking for cooperation partners for the Colourful Night of Digitalisation.

If participation fees are incurred for your institution (company), the following cancellation rules apply:

In the event of cancellation of registration by 30 April 2024, a processing fee of 10% of the participation fee will be charged.

If the registration is cancelled by 23 May 2024, the cancellation fee is 50% of the participation fee.

If the registration is cancelled after 23 May 2024, the cancellation fee is 100% of the participation fee.
